i wrote this while living a very isolated and remote lifestyle in the hudson valley. i just realized how much i enjoy hearing myself say things that are relevant to my life to this day. unashamed to share this god awful recording with yall. hate it. i never can.

i dont need ya to notice me amongst everyone at the party, nor approach me and spark up a conversation. dont pay me all that much attention. im just missing a body... to help warm my bed, a mind that's bright and blooming with eyes shining with secrets behind them. let me in. just a little bit.. just a pinch. a little dab'll do me just fine. i'm not asking for much, i guess? thats all well and good but, where do you fit in amongst all the clutter that keeps us confined in our solitary lives. in, so often we may see something special that turns into a miserable mess that we dont wanna clean up. yet ya see so much more now... and youve come to adore what turns you. to tear all the old pages out. start fresh with a healthy active regiment of making plans to meld into a slowly festering virus only this ones only cure is .. to feed at each others own disgrace. im not trying to let this happen AGAIN! THERE ARE PERKS TO EVERY POISON. it drains but helps maintain a purpose. that isn't selfish! FEEL alive for ANOTHER PERSON. watch out dont slip. you could hit yer head or somethin'.... never come back again or somethin' i hope that is how it happens. i hope its SAFE TO SAY "i love you again"
